School-Counseling Department Mission Statement
The mission of the South Western School District counseling program is to provide a comprehensive (K-12) developmental program promoting the academic, career, and personal/social growth of all students. In partnership with students, other educators, parents/guardians, and the community, school counselors facilitate a support system to ensure that all students have access to the resources necessary to become successful citizens in an ever changing society.
